Thank you for shopping with MakingAltars.com. Because our products are made-to-order and often printed or fulfilled through third-party partners, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at builder@makingaltars.com with:

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first to confirm delivery details. If the issue persists, email us at builder@makingaltars.com and we’ll help you resolve it where possible. However, we cannot issue refunds for carrier errors or theft after confirmed delivery.
For downloadable or digital materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
